I saw this recipe on one of the blogs I follow and I thought why not why it a try. It’s that lazy Sunday morning breakfast recipe.
Ingredients:
- Avocado
- Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Chili Flakes
Directions:
- Cut the avocado into half and deseed them. Place it in a bowl.
- Break an egg and pour it into the center of the avocado. The egg white is gonna run out of the center, never mind about that.
- Now season it with salt, pepper, oregano and chili flakes and put them into the oven for 10-15 mins based on how you like your egg.
Now how was the dish you ask me. I hated it, I always had avocado milkshakes and I loved it every time. And it’s healthy too, but baked avocado, damn this thing was a disaster. But then if any of you loves avocado might wanna try this out and it’s effortless so why not give it a try.
